1. Cases eligible for return or exchange:
Products with technical defects or manufacturing defects
Products damaged during shipping to customers of ABC.com
Products that do not match the ordered model or type
Products missing accessories or included items
If you detect any of the above issues, please refuse to accept the delivery and ask the delivery staff to confirm the product's condition on-site and request an exchange. Otherwise, customers must report defective products to us within 3 days of receiving the item for assistance with an exchange. After 3 days, we will not be able to process the request, as it is considered that the customer has accepted the delivered product.
2. General conditions and return policy:
"One-to-one exchange" for devices purchased within 7 days if defects occur.
For devices purchased after 7 days, our warranty service will cover repairs for up to 30 days. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a temporary replacement or negotiate an alternative exchange if the original product is discontinued.
Products with technical defects must be verified by our Technical Department as a manufacturer defect.
The product must be in its original packaging, with no scratches, dents, or external damage.
All included accessories and components must be intact.
The original purchase receipt from our store must be provided.
The return period must not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt (based on the purchase invoice or delivery receipt).
